Raise Your Frequency is an educational product with a free assessment and a paid coaching or session boundary where configured.

These terms are between you and Luka AI, Inc. Raise Your Frequency is the customer-facing product name, and Luka AI, Inc. owns and operates the product, legal terms, and copyright interests unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Product scope
Raise Your Frequency is Raise Your Frequency AI coaching. It is not a substitute for professional care, emergency support, or licensed advice.
- Educational coaching and structured practice only.
- Not professional, emergency, clinical, legal, financial, or licensed advice.
- No guaranteed income, job, result, certification, approval, health, relationship, or personal outcome.
- Use the product inside the rules, safety limits, and real-world boundaries that apply to the user's situation.
Payment boundary
When billing is configured, Stripe shows the final plan, price, renewal, cancellation, and payment terms before payment. Agents must not run a real-card payment smoke without explicit human approval.
No guaranteed outcome
The product can help structure reflection and practice. It does not guarantee a personal, medical, relationship, sexual, emotional, career, or therapeutic outcome.
